Common questions
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
How do I export my records?
Open Settings and choose Export as PDF. You can export an overall report or pick a single business. The finished file can be saved, printed, or sent on using the iOS share sheet.
How do I sign out?
Open Settings and tap the log-out icon at the top right, or scroll to Account and choose Log Out. On a shared device, sign out when you are finished — your records are only reachable while you are signed in.
Is my data private?
Your records are stored against your own account and are not visible to other users. Frizz contains no advertising and no usage tracking. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
I want to delete my account
You can do this yourself in the app: open Settings, scroll to Account, and tap Delete Account. Confirm, re-enter your password, and your account and every record in it are deleted permanently. This cannot be undone, so export a PDF first if you want to keep a copy. If you cannot sign in, email mkfrizziero@gmail.com from your registered address and we will remove the account within 30 days.
My figures look wrong
Totals are calculated from the transactions recorded against each business. Check the transaction list for that business for a duplicate or mistyped entry. If the totals still look wrong, email us with the business name and roughly when the problem started.
Reporting a problem
If you have found a bug or the app is crashing, tell us what you were doing just before it happened and whether it repeats. Screenshots help. Send it all to mkfrizziero@gmail.com.
